PRODUCT RETURNS AND WARRANTY
Parts are covered under a 14-day warranty in case of receiving the part damaged, factory defect, or lost in mail (does not include if the tracking number shows delivered to the address provided). Incorrect installation will not be covered by the warranty. Shipping for parts returned for refund is at customer’s expense. Parts returned will undergo a full inspection before a replacement part is sent or refunded. Please DO NOT alter, modify, remove, change or swap out internal or external parts, as they will void the warranty. Please contact us regarding the warranty before sending the part back.
Parts can be returned within the 14-day period with shipping costs at the buyer’s expense. Custom or modified parts are subject to United States Motor Power’s discretion. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of $25 or 15% of purchase price or whichever is greater. If you would like to return an item you MUST contact us prior to shipping the item(s) back and have a return authorization number. Orders sent back without this will not be refunded.
Your purchase based on stock availability will be shipped in 2-4 business days once payment is received and cleared. We currently use UPS as our default shipping company. We reserve the right to use any carrier at our discretion. If you would like to have shipping charges charged to your account please contact us.
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of your order and may also include a handling fee. Please provide the correct address for shipments. You are financially responsible for any errors that result in a fee from UPS for corrections.
All prices are shown in US Dollars unless otherwise noted. Due to fluctuations in currency and rapidly increasing material costs, prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Price changes: This may happen at any time, including items going up from suppliers who have not yet reported these increase to us.
In the event of a product cost change, we will contact you and ask how you would like to proceed.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Shipping & Handling charges are handled by the delivery provider and are subject to change at any time.
Sales tax: applicable only on purchases made in Wisconsin unless a valid WI Tax Exempt Certificate is provided prior to purchase.
